Saying goodbye to bread can be difficult, but sometimes it’s necessary to cut the carbs in your diet. Cloud bread has been a popular alternative for bread in the keto community for a while now. Compared to many low-carb bread recipes, cloud bread is so simple to make and the basic recipe usually requires only four ingredients!

While mostly used for savory recipes, cloud bread can be sweetened to make low-carb desserts or sweet breakfasts too. When you get creative and have fun with it, finding healthier alternatives for carby dishes that’ll suit your diet can be a lot of fun!

It’s different for everyone, but if you really miss bread on your keto or low-carb diet, using cloud bread as an alternative can really hit the spot. If you struggle with meal planning, making cloud bread slices ahead and keeping them in the fridge can really ease any stress, since you’ll have “bread” slices on hand to make a quick sandwich if you’re low on time.

  1. I’m almost literally salivating while scrolling through this. I *love* the pizza idea, but also curious to try making “tacos” with it. And deserts. I’ve been looking for some alternative that my mom can eat without raising her sugar levels, because of how crazy bread can be. I’m mostly happy that I don’t have to give up bread-based foods since this could easily mimic anything, and I’m still getting my eggs in without being limited to a few things.
