- chickpeas
- garlic cloves
- tahini paste
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- sun-dried tomatoes
How to Make Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, garnish with more oil, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
