Pork Stir Fry

This simple and easy Pork Stir Fry is a perfect throw-together meal great for a healthy lunch or dinner that only needs 25 minutes.

Ingredients to Make Pork Stir Fry:

  • pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • onion
  • broccoli florets
  • red bell pepper
  • sugar snap peas
  • carrot
  • white mushrooms
  • cloves
  • chicken broth
  • soy sauce
  • honey
  • cornstarch

How to Make Pork Stir Fry:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey and cornstarch then set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pork and cook until the pork is seared on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add the rest of the olive oil then add the onion, broccoli, red pepper, peas, mushrooms, carrot and garlic. Cook until tender but still crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Pour the chicken broth mixture into the skillet and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Add the pork back in and coat well. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
