- roma tomatoes
- mango
- red onion
- jalapeño pepper
- lime
- fresh cilantro
- olive oil
- garlic
- corn
- black beans

- In a medium mixing bowl, combined all of the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Summer Salsa
A easy salsa recipe with a twist. This yummy Summer Salsa recipe needs just 10 ingredients and 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combined all of the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use canned or frozen corn, just be sure to thaw beforehand.Â
