Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette is a quick and healthy homemade salad dressing that pairs well with a variety of different salads!

This tasty salad dressing is a great homemade alternative to store bought dressings when you’re trying to eat clean. It’s simple to make and you can even make a double batch then store it in the refrigerator for up to ten days!
Ingredients to Make Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette:
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- dijon mustard
- sun-dried tomatoes
- dried parsley
- garlic
- shallot
- salt & pepper
How to Make Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette:
- Add the oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, garlic, shallots, salt and pepper into a mason jar and shake.
- Serve over your favorite salad or store in the fridge for up to ten days!

Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp shallot, minced
Instructions
- Add the oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, garlic, shallots, salt and pepper into food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Serve over your favorite salad or store in the fridge for up to ten days!
