I can clearly remember, a few years ago in my kitchen back home, a mini meltdown I had. “Everything tastes the same”. For a few months, I had only been using salt, pepper, and a generous amount of ground coriander to season my food. Sure, everything tasted great in the beginning, but after a while I was so sick of it.
