Apple Coleslaw
This is a delicious and easy recipe for Apple Coleslaw that pairs well with tacos and even served on its own as a side dish.

Ingredients to Make Apple Coleslaw:
- apple
- cabbage
- carrot
- cilantro
- oil
- red wine vinegar
- lime juice
- garlic clove
How to Make Apple Coleslaw:
- Cut the apple into thin strips and mix with the cabbage, carrot and cilantro.
- In a jar, shake together the oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.

Apple Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apple, shredded
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Shred the apple and mix with the cabbage, carrot and cilantro.
- In a jar, shake together the oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- You can also add a dollop of diet compliant mayonnaise/plain yogurt if you’d like to make it creamier.
