I can’t believe there was a time in my life when I used to HATE seafood. Sure, as a kid I ate some fish here and there, but nothing crazy. It was only in my teens that I started branching out. Shrimp, crawfish, crab, calamari, and everything else (well, not EVERYTHING 🙄). It was a whole new world of flavor, and there was no turning back for me.
