      Hi! This week (at my wife’s behest) I made the sheet pan Herb Roasted Salmon, and also the Cajun shrimp, sausage and veggies. Both came out AMAZING! I would post pics if I could! Thank you for the recipes!

      I would classify all of these dishes as low-carb, but certainly not keto. The hallmark of the keto diet is to replace carbs with fat as the primary energy source. None of these dishes have sufficient fat.
