These Easy 3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes are Paleo approved, and Low-Carb, made with no flour. It’s a perfect use for ripe banana, and a perfect addition to your healthy breakfast recipes!


– Banana – Egg – Cinnamon – Baking Powder (Optional)

1. Mix together the bananas, eggs and cinnamon in a bowl. You can mix them by hand, but I suggest using a blender to make quick work and a smoother “batter”. 2. Get a skillet heated to a medium high heat, melt a knob of butter and carefully scoop the batter into the pan.  3. Cook the pancakes for a minute or so per side. Serve hot with favorite toppings.
