Ground Beef & Broccoli

Quick and easy recipe for healthy Ground Beef and Broccoli with just 9 ingredients, 20 minutes and one pan.

Main Ingredients:

– ground beef – broccoli – onion – soy sauce – honey – minced garlic

1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds and pepper. Set aside. 2. Add the onion and ground beef to a large skillet sauté until the beef is browned. 5-10 minutes.

3.  Add the broccoli and sauce and cook until the broccoli reached your desired level of tenderness. 5-10 minutes. 4. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes and more sesame seeds. Serve with cauliflower, white or brown rice and enjoy!
