This is an easy recipe for Edible Cookie Dough that is Gluten-Free, Low Carb, Keto AND Paleo friendly. Just 7 Simple Ingredients and 10 Minutes to make. It definitely won’t last long - so make a double batch!

Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
2tbspcoconut oil(can use melted butter if preferred)
2tbsphoney
2tspvanilla extract
1/4cupchocolate chips
1tspbaking soda
pinchsalt
Instructions
Add all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a mixing bowl.
Mix everthing together until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips.
Stir until evenly distributed.
Scoop with an ice cream scoop and eat it with a spoon, or roll into little bite-sized balls to snack on (I usually get about 30).

Notes
I use about 2 teaspoon of mixture and roll it into cookie dough bites (it makes 30 on average)
I stir the chocolate chip is last because with the vigorous stirring when combining the rest of the ingredients, the chocolate chips has started to melt.
Replace the honey with any sweetener of choice, but keep in mind that if you’re using a powdered sweetener you might need to add a few extra drops of coconut oil if the mixture is too dry.
