Ground Beef Lettuce Wrap with Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 1/2 • ground beef
  • 4 • romaine lettuce leafs
  • 1/4 cup • salsa
  • 1/4 cup • shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup • black olives
  • to taste • sour cream
  • 3 tsp • dried chili
  • 2 tsp • ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp • cayenne
  • handful • cilantro
  • to taste • salt and pepper
  • optional • fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  • Heat up a pan to a medium high temperature.
  • Brown the ground beef with chili, cumin, cayenne, salt/pepper and green chili.
  • Divide the ground beef equally between 4 romaine leafs.
  • Top with the rest of the ingredients and finish with a dolop of sour cream and some cilantro.
