1cupmarinara sauce
1/2cupspinach(roughly chopped)
1cupmozzarella cheese, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small fry pan over medium heat, add marinara sauce.
Add the spinach and break in the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese.
As soon as the marinara starts bubbling, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
