Spur Copycat Grilled Buffalo Wings

  • 1 • onion minced finely using food processor
  • 1 cup • white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp • tomato paste
  • 4 • garlic cloves minced
  • 1/3 cup • Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 12 • chicken wings
  • to taste • salt and pepper


  • Preheat grill to a medium high heat.
  • Add the onion, vinegar, tomato paste, garlic and hot sauce to a sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Season the wings with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Turn the wings occasionally until they are browned and the flesh is no longer pink, about 25-30 minutes.
  • Once the wings are done, toss them in half the sauce and save the rest for dunking!
