1poundground beef
1onion,diced
1green pepper,diced
2cansdiced tomatoes
1canred kidney beans,drained
1canblack beans,drained
2cloves garlic, minced
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonground chili powder
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonground coriander
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper
1/2teaspoonground cloves
Instructions
Set the Instant Pot to Sauté Mode.
Brown the ground beef.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Seal the Instant Pot and set to manual: High Pressure, for 12 Minutes.
Quick release pressure when done. Garnish with grated cheddar.
