Ingredients
2avocado,cubed
1/4cupred onion,diced
1roma tomato,diced
1/2cuplime juice
1/2cupfresh cilantro,chopped
1tspminced garlic
1 jalapeño pepper,minced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add the cubed avocado and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.

When storing the guacamole, press the guacamole down into a bowl and press plastic wrap down on the surface of the guacamole to limit air exposure as much as possible.
