Ingredients
2cupsfresh parsley
1cupfresh cilantro
4clovesgarlic
2tspdried oregano
1tspred chili flakes
1/4shallots(roughly chopped)
1/4cuplemon juice
1/4cupred wine vinegar
1cupavocado oil (or oil of preference)
to tastesalt and pepper

Blits everything together in a food processor to desired consistency, but leaving it on the chunkier side is preferable.
