Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 sprigs fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt (and black pepper to taste)
  • 1 stalk celery (plus the leaves)

Instructions

  • Add everything to you blender and blitz until smooth.
