Homemade Keto Ketchup

Ingredients

tomato puree

tomato paste

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoon
honey

apple cider vinegar

onion
(finely minced)

minced garlic

dried oregano

teaspoon

ground black pepper
Instructions
Sauté the onion in the olive oil until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Lower the temperature and allow to simmer until it reaches your desired consistency. We usually let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Allow to cool down before pouring into a jar. Keep the ketchup refridgerated.
Notes
Tips and Tricks:
1. Add a dash for cayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes to make it a spicy ketchup!
