Peach Iced Rooibos Tea


  • 1 gallon/3 litres • water [½ of it should be boiling]
  • 4 • rooibos teabags
  • 2 • peaches [cut into slices]
  • optional/to taste • honey


  • Add the teabags and peach slices to a large jug.
  • Pour in ½ gallon/1.5l boiling water over and stir.
  • Leave overnight in the fridge.
  • Remove teabags and peaches and top up with the rest of the water.
  • I prefer not to, but if you want the tea slightly sweet - add some honey to taste.
