Ingredients
1poundground pork
1onion,diced
1fresh jalapeño,seeded and diced
2garlic cloves,minced
1orange,juiced and zested
1teaspoonground cumin
2tablespoonschili powder
1teaspoondried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork and onion. Stir occasionally until the pork is cooked through and the onion is translucent.
Add the jalapeño, garlic, orange juice and zest, and seasonings and mix to combine well.
Remove from heat and serve with lettuce wraps or taco shells, avocado, sour cream and our apple coleslaw.
