Put the banana, eggs, peanut butter and cinnamon into your food processor. Blitz until smooth.
Melt butter in a pan and then pour about ⅛ cup of “batter” per pancakes. You’ll need to do multiple batches.
Fry for about a minute per side.
Stack them up, drizzle with chocolate and enjoy! Yep, takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Can't beat that!
Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
Melt the chocolate together with the cream over over low heat in a small pan. Or in the microwave in a glass bowl for 10 seconds at a time, stirring every time. Drizzle over the pancakes when serving.
