  • 2 banana
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • to taste butter (for frying the pancakes)
  • 3oz oz sugar-free chocolate (85g) (optional)
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)


  • Put the banana, eggs, peanut butter and cinnamon into your food processor. Blitz until smooth.
  • Melt butter in a pan and then pour about ⅛ cup of “batter” per pancakes. You’ll need to do multiple batches.
  • Fry for about a minute per side.
  • Stack them up, drizzle with chocolate and enjoy! Yep, takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Can't beat that!

Optional Chocolate Drizzle:

  • Melt the chocolate together with the cream over over low heat in a small pan. Or in the microwave in a glass bowl for 10 seconds at a time, stirring every time. Drizzle over the pancakes when serving.


Tips and Tricks:

1. These pancakes burn pretty easily, so keep the pan at a low/medium temperature.
