chicken breast

red bell pepper
(cut into cubed)

onion
(cut into cubes)
For the Honey Sriracha Marinade:

tbsp
honey

tsp
soy sauce

tsp
Sriracha

garlic clove
(minced)

tsp
ground coriander
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the Honey Sriracha Marinade and pour over the chicken cubes. Marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
Assemble to skewers with chicken cubes, onion and red pepper.
Heat the grill on medium high heat to 400 degrees. Cook skewers over the flame for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
