Homemade Almond Meal

  • 1 leftover pulp from one batch of almond milk


  • Preheat the oven to 160C/320F.
  • Evenly spread the pulp on a sheet pan prepared with parchment paper.
  • Bake the pulp for approximately 90 minutes, until dry.
  • Blend in a high power blender until powdery smooth.


Tips and Tricks:

1. After 90 minutes have passed, check to see if everything is properly dried out. If there is still some clumps that appear to have moisture, keep the pulp in the oven and check on it periodically under fully dried. It have never taken more than 2 hour in total for me personally.
