2bunchesfresh cilantro(approximately 60g/2oz)
6garlic cloves
3.5ozraw cashew nuts(100g)
1/3cupshredded parmesan cheese
3/4cupavocado oil
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender.
Use the pulse button to mix everything roughly and then blend on low speed while slowly adding the oil.

Tips and Tricks:
1. You can also use roasted cashew nuts, but add less salt if the nuts are salted as well.
