2 cupsbaby potatoes(halved, cubed if using sweet potato)
2cupsgreen beans(sliced)
1tablespoonminced garlic
4cupsbeef broth/stock
2canned tomato
2tablespoondijon mustard
2teaspoonsalt
2teaspoondried oregano
2teaspoondried thyme
2teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoonparsley
Instructions
Set the Instant Pot to the Sauté setting and sauté the ground beef and onion until the ground beef in browned.
Add all the rest of the ingredients to the pot and stir.
Seal the instant pot and use the manual setting - High Pressure and 12 Minutes on the timer.
Use quick or natural release.
Serve and enjoy!
