Cauliflower has become such a staple in my diet, it’s hard to imagine that there was a time when I refused to eat this vegetable. After I introduced it into my diet, the only way I could eat cauliflower (or broccoli) was when it was swimming in cheese sauce.
Luckily, I’ve grown out of my cheese sauce phase, and can now happily enjoy some plain steamed cauliflower with a little bit of salt and pepper. Delicious!
