Ingredients
2cucumbers(spiralized into noodles)
2tbspolive oil
1poundchicken breast,sliced
1/2cupbbq sauce
1/2cupplain yogurt
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
Season the cucumber noodles well with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Toss the chicken strips with the rest of the bbq sauce and sear in a hot pan, in a little of oil, until cooked. Approximately 6-10 minutes.
Divide the cucumber noodles into four bowls, top with chicken and a dollop of yogurt.
