Ingredients
1granny smith apple,shredded
2cupscabbage, shredded
1carrot, shredded
½cupfresh cilantro,roughly chopped
3tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
1tablespoonlime juice
1garlic clove,minced
Instructions
Shred the apple and mix with the cabbage, carrot and cilantro.
In a jar, shake together the oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
You can also add a dollop of diet compliant mayonnaise/plain yogurt if you’d like to make it creamier.
