1• butternut squash [peeled and sliced thinly with a mandolin]
2tbsp• avocado oil [or another oil of preference]
seasoning of choice
Toss the sliced butternut, oil and seasoning together in a bowl.
Arrange the slices in a single on a microwaveable plate.
Microwave for approximately 4 minutes per batch. They're ready when they start to darken in color. They'll crisp up once they are cooled down. If they're chewy, not crispy, they need to cook longer so adjust the time for the next batch.
