Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels, then place them in a shallow bowl or on a plate.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the cod, then season with the salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides of the fillets.

Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a little space between each piece.
