In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and italian seasoning.
Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it stick.
Place coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
