Instructions

Prevent your screen from going dark
Add the halved and pitted cherries, coconut water, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add a little more honey or lemon juice if needed.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
To release, run the outside of the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes
Use ripe cherries:
Sweet, ripe cherries will give the popsicles the best flavor. If your cherries are tart, add a little extra honey.
Pit the cherries first:
Make sure all pits are removed before blending so the mixture turns out smooth.
Taste before freezing:
The mixture should taste slightly sweeter before freezing because frozen treats taste less sweet once solid.
Freeze until fully set:
Let the popsicles freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight if possible, so they release cleanly from the molds.
Run the molds under warm water:
If the popsicles are hard to remove, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
