Combine onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, orange, lemon and lime juice and zest, salt, pepper and olive oil in a medium bowl.
Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour over the marinade. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to ensure it is evenly covered with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Heat a bit of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade using a slotted spoon and add to the pan in a single layer.
Cook the chicken stirring event 2-3 minutes until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Depending on the size of your skillet you may need to cook the chicken in batches.
Serve warm with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
