In a large mixing bowl or container, combine the oats, mini chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
Pour in the milk and stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Divide the mixture into 4 jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 12 hours).
In the morning, give the oats a good stir. You can enjoy them cold or warm them up in the microwave. Optionally, top with more chocolate chips or a drizzle of honey before serving.
