Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the salmon filets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with olive oil, then press the everything bagel seasoning evenly over each filet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F in the thickest part. Serve right away.

Pat the salmon dry:
Dry salmon helps the oil and seasoning stick better and gives you a crispier topping.
Press the seasoning on:

Use a thermometer if you can:
