Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Slowly mix in the almond flour, coconut flour and baking soda.
Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, gently press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each cookie. Transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
