In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Add the carrots to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated in the honey garlic mixture.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the carrots are tender and lightly caramelized around the edges.
