Prevent your screen from going dark
In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, and orange zest until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until fully set.
To release the orange creamsicles, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

Notes
Whisk well:
Make sure the yogurt and heavy cream are fully mixed into the orange juice so the popsicles freeze with a smooth texture.
Taste before freezing:
Orange juice can vary in sweetness, so taste the mixture and add a little more honey if needed.
Do not overfill the molds:
Leave a little space at the top since the mixture will expand slightly as it freezes.
Freeze until fully firm:
These usually need at least 4 to 6 hours, but overnight is best if you want them fully set.
Run under warm water to release:
A few seconds under warm water helps loosen the popsicles from the molds without breaking them.
