In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, feta, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix until just combined, then shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if needed.
Cook the burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve warm on buns, over salad, or however you like.

Notes
Do not over mix:
Mix the burger mixture just until everything is combined so the patties stay tender.
Chop the spinach small:
Smaller pieces mix in more evenly and help the burgers hold together better.
Shape gently:
The mixture will be a little softer than a beef burger, so forming the patties with lightly wet hands can help.
Use a thermometer:
Ground chicken should be cooked to 165°F so the burgers are fully cooked but not overdone.
Let them rest briefly:
Giving the burgers a minute or two after cooking helps them hold together a little better before serving.
