These Honey Pistachio Frozen Grapes are a simple, no-bake snack made by coating fresh grapes in honey and finely chopped pistachios, then freezing until firm.
Rinse the grapes and dry them completely with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Fully dry grapes help the honey and pistachios stick better.
Add the pistachios to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, stopping before they turn into a paste. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
Pour the honey into a small bowl. Dip each grape into the honey, letting any excess drip off, then roll it in the chopped pistachios until evenly coated.
Place the coated grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.
Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Serve straight from the freezer for the best texture.
