Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil and pour into a mug.
Add the green tea bag and peach herbal tea bag. Steep for 3–5 minutes, then remove the bags.
Stir in lemon juice and honey until dissolved.
Add fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them with a spoon to release their flavor.
Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Water temperature matters:
Green tea can turn bitter if steeped in boiling water. Aim for just below boiling (175–185°F).
Steep to your taste:
3 minutes for lighter tea, 5 minutes for stronger flavor.
