This Chicken Caesar Wrap takes everything people love about a classic Caesar salad and turns it into a satisfying, handheld wrap that’s perfect for lunch or an easy dinner.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, oregano, and pepper.
Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a small bowl, whisk together caesar dressing, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and italian seasoning until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, sliced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and sliced chicken. Pour the dressing mixture over and toss to coat evenly.
Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for later.
