  1. How are these considered low carb when many have 20-30 carbs a serving? This is a daily limit.

    1. Everybody’s body is different and there is no strict definition for “low carb”. Anything under 100-150g per day is considered “low-carb”, although the average person needs to consume less than 50g per day to reach ketosis. So, although some of these might not work for you (if you’re aiming for 20-30g per day), they might fit into someone else’s guidelines.
