Fruit is truly nature’s dessert. Ever since I’ve transitioned into a healthier lifestyle, I’ve come to appreciate fruit a lot more. These days, my go-to sweet treat is usually fresh fruit, or some kind of fruity dessert. I’ve never looked back, and am continuing to discover sweet new recipes.

Most people don’t think of fruit as a treat. However, with a little bit of creativity and kitchen skills, fruit can be transformed into decadent desserts.
