Recently I had a flashback to the day when the Chirpy team had breakfast at a little crêperie in Wilmington, North Carolina. I can’t remember anything else about that day, just the delicious food at that little restaurant. Crepes are so versatile. You can have them for breakfast, lunch, dessert, or even use them to dress up some leftovers from the previous night.
