I have a love-hate relationship with eggs. We go through phases. Sometimes I think they’re “the best thing everrr!” and other times I can’t stand the taste of them. Right now I love them again, so I see this as an oppertunity to get creative in the kitchen and try out some healthy egg recipes!

Eggs are really versatile. That’s what I like most about them.
