BBQ Chicken Flatbread

To make this BBQ Chicken Flatbread even easier, feel free to source your ingredients already prepared from the store. Making your own BBQ sauce would certainly give your flatbread its own distinctive style, but grabbing some from the store will make it easier. You can also buy a rotisserie chicken to shred instead of cooking your own.
Ingredients to Make BBQ Chicken Flatbread:
- flatbreads
- shredded chicken
- barbecue sauce
- white cheddar cheese
- red onion
- cilantro
How to Make BBQ Chicken Flatbread:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flatbreads on the parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix together the chicken and barbecue sauce. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Top with the diced red onion and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and the crust is crisp. Garnish with cilantro then slice and serve.

- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Reheat in the oven at 400 degrees for ten minutes.
