Hey! Welcome to the very second episode of our new weekly themed recipe roundups. The very second one is pizza (obviously), because we are obsessed with it. Unfortunately, it’s a very carb-heavy cuisine. We do our very best to eat a fully low-carb diet, but pizza…it’s our kryptonite.
Luckily, there are lots of awesome people that have recreated some of our favorites without the carbs! Even we have reinvented some of our pizza staples. So, without further ado…here are our favorite 21 Genius Low-Carb Pizza Recipes found on the web.
Spaghetti Squash is all the rage right now and can be used in so many different ways – like we did with our Spaghetti Squash Bolognese. I would never have thought about making a pizza boat from it. How ridiculously cool is this??
